Your First Visit
- Welcome & Check-In: When you first enter our office, you’ll be warmly greeted by our front desk staff and welcomed into our sparkling clean, beautiful waiting room. We’ll have you fill out your new patient forms virtually ahead of time to minimize any waiting time. Our front desk staff will also review your insurance information.
- Diagnostics & Cleaning: One of our dental hygienists or assistants will personally welcome you and guide you back to an operatory, where they will review your medical history and check in with you to understand the concerns you would like addressed during your visit. We’ll take any necessary X-rays and intraoral photos and complete a thorough preventive cleaning, explaining each step as we go.
- One-on-One Time with Your Dentist: T or Dr. Mansi will introduce themselves to you, answer any questions you may have and confirm whether you have any specific dental concerns, and examine each of your teeth. They will also check your gum health, bite, existing restorations, and complete an oral cancer screening. They may even show you photos or digital scans of your mouth as a visual reference if there are any concerns.
- Treatment Planning & Education: T or Dr. Mansi will go over their findings with you in detail , clearly explaining any concerns and walking you through recommended treatment plans.
- Checking Out & Scheduling Your Next Visit: Before you leave, our front desk staff will schedule any follow-up visits or treatments, confirm your insurance coverage, and if necessary, discuss financing options with you. We’ll ensure you feel respected, heard, and well-cared for from start to finish.
